Welcome to our price plan and rates page where we aim to keep you fully aware of all our costs at all times unless quoted for otherwise in writing before the booking is made. All rates are subject to VAT at 20% and will be added to any rates given if the VAT is applicable. Not all contractors are VAT registered and may not charge you any additional VAT for their own costs.


Below are our call out fee deposit costs and the minimum cost of 1 hour paid directly to the contractor. Please note that our deposit payments are subject to terms and rates are adjusted subject to the time of year and the distance the engineer would have to travel (if outside the BCP areas).

The Process

  • 1. The Call Out

    The service starts from the time the contractor agrees to come out to you and address contact details are provided. We aim to be at your property within 1 hour, traffic and location dependent.


    The charges become effective at the time the contractor arrives at the property and are non-returnable. You can however cancel prior to the arrival of the contractor*.


    To cancel, you will have to call the contractor prior to arrival. Refunds outside these parameters will only be made at the discretion of the contractor and as a goodwill gesture.


    *You will lose your right to cancel once the contractor arrives, the charges become payable as the service will already have been put in place from the moment your booking is made.

  • 2. Complete the Fix

    Our engineers are all 'City & Guilds' Qualified to Level 2 or above and have a minimum of 5years of accompanied work experience before lone working to maintain a high standard of professionalism and quality workmanship.


    We will bring the most common parts needed for household fixes. If we require any others to solve your problems, we will do our best to source them locally, as quickly as possible, or will order them in (with the permission of the property occupant/ owner). We will not charge you for the time a part takes to arrive should we need to order the part in.


    We hold all our engineers to the highest of standards. They offer a quick response time and will always do their best to fix your problem as quickly as possible whilst maintaining safe standards in your property. And lastly, they will clean up before they leave, making sure their working areas is as they found it (GAURENTEED).

  • 3. Payment & Completion

    All payments will be requested by the contractor at the property, via cash or debit card, at the point work is carried out. We do not provide invoices for this service. However, once payment has been made, we will happily provide you with a receipt.
